Starting MeetMe from an external phone

I have a client that has several mobile/remote employees that need conferencing.  Is there a way to create an always on meet me, or a way that the remote user can start the meet me?

the signaling works correctly but there is no RTP stream between conference room and remote user

Hello,

Java is right. You can't start a MeetMe conference from an external phone.

A internal user must press the meet me button and dial the MeetMe number. When the MeetMe Conference is opened by the internal number, then you can dialin for example with a translation pattern to the MeetMe conference number.

Hi,

The above requirement of starting the MeetMe conference through an external phone(PSTN) along with authentication and scheduleing feature IS POSSIBLE through an application and we have done it.
