I have a Supervisor who would like to setup an Email Alert from the Supervisor Work Flow Administrator. When he tries to send out the test email he gets the following error "error sending mail" and quotations are placed around his email address in the from section. I can send email alerts from my supervisor desktop. Any idea on what would be putting the quotations around his name?
