System not collect digit after getting outside dial tone

Dear all,

we need to get italian outside dial tone when pressing a button line in order to proceed to digit a public number for calling on PSTN.

Let me attach our solution using PLAR, that unfortunatly doesn't work as desidered. We can ear italian outside dial tone when pressing line button, but at this stage the system not collect digit: as soon as I try to type the first digit I get a message telling the system can't route the call.

If any suggestion please let met know.

CUCM is not a key system and cannot be configured to seize a private trunk line. You will need to configure a proper dial plan so it can collect digits locally, identify a route, and pass a complete dial string to the PSTN gateway/circuit.

A localized dial tone is easily replicated using the Network Locale for Italy. You can install the COP file for all Network locales as well as the User locale for Italy to support Annunciator and user interface localization.
