I am trying to get the tabsync application to work. When I try to connect/logon I get the following error:
"unable to login (username) with configured password"
I have gone in a reset both the password and pin for this user account. I have added the account to the Standard TabSync User group.
What else do I need to configure to make this work?

Is this a DCD or AD integration?
Can you login with that same username on http://
The issue could be related to fpr ports being blocked,also Cisco Address Book only works if you have your Outlook configured for internet mail

I have same trouble. In my case is AD integration. How can i make synchronize personal address book ?

I had the same problem the other day and troubleshooted up and down.
Turned out that the username was case sensitive and in AD the username had caps in the first few letters.
