We are using TBCT to transfer calls to a third party IVR system. This is dine by the user calling in and selecting an option that sends his/her call to the Third party IVR system. When this happens we get tcl scrits error's. Some of them are:
get infotag failed:
Failed to terminate call setup.
we are using CVP 9.0 and PCCE 9.0 with 3925E combo gateway's.
This does not happen to each and every call but about 75 percent of them.
Also these calls do not fail. The caller actually gets to the thirdparty IVR system.
However these error messages will fill the buffer.
Does anyone have any clue on what would cause this and how we can stop it.
I have has a TAC case open for months and they don't seem to have any idea.
