Hi All,
My customer already have the Cisco call manager and all outgoing and incoming call are through Cisco systems only. They need a billing solution for more control over telephone call by all employee.
If you can assist by suggesting good solutions it will be great.
Solutions with vendors local in Middleeast are prefered.

Cisco Call Manager and other Cisco equipment accounting.
