I need to upgrade vertual Telepresence server 4.1 to 4.3 , what is the procedure for upgrading?

You do not upgrade to 4.3, you migrate to it. Reviewing the documentation for the product on CCO, should always be your first step. It always contains the install/upgrade guides with all the info.
