Temp CUCM 8 Node License

Hi,

Due to some issues with our license we were given a temp 3 month node license to activate 3 nodes in our 5 node cluster. We have now received and loaded the correct permanent licenses, but the temp license is still in use and we have a total of 7 units authorized.

What will happen once the temp licenses run out? Will the extra licenses automatically be used or will I need to delete the temp license now and restart the ccm servcie to ensure the permanent licenses are used.

Hello,

There is no need to do anything , the license units will just dropped , the only adding a SW feature license is required for restart.

Just to add to this.  Ihave

just added a permenenant lic over a temp one.  Is there a way

of checking which lic files are applicable to the running of the CUCM and which are no longer needed.
