Hi,
I have an account for Cisco Unity Connection, and I’m permitted to create voicemail accounts for end users who already have telephone phone number extensions in Cisco Unified Communications Manager.
When creating a new voicemail account, I can select from two templates under User Type → Based on Template. However, once the user is created, I can’t seem to find any way to confirm which template was originally used. The option seems to disappear after creation.
Is there a way to view an existing voicemail account and determine which template was used during its setup?
Thank you!

There is no way in the GUI to tell which template was used once the account is created. The logs tracking user creation, if the right micro traces are enabled, should show that. But I don't know which one that might be off the top of my head.
If it is very important, I would suggest adding something innocuous to one of the templates. An example might be a setting on a notification device, which is disabled so does not take effect.
