tftp over http 6970 doesn't work on CUCM subscriber

Hi all,

I have an issue but I don't know what to check in order to troubleshoot it.

I'm able to see any file by tftp over http on the CUCM publisher, but not on the CUCM subscriber.

Example:

http://<cucm publisher>:6970/testtftp.txt --> I see the file ok with the IE browser

http://<cucm subscriber>:6970/testtftp.txt --> I cannot see the file. The IE browser doesn't reach the page

Notes:

The file is uploaded on both tftps and both tftp services were restarted.

I'm able to download this file from both tftps using a tftp client (pumpkin)

It only fails when I try to access by tftp over http

Tomcat seems working ok. The rest of the webpages like ccmadmin webportal works ok.

I have a severe incident and I think this could be the root cause.

Please, someone has any idea?

What version of CUCM are you running I had a similar problem with early versions of 11, I don't remember the bug details now.

Have you restarted the TFTP service on the node that is giving your problems, if not I would start by doing that.

the cucm version is too older: 8.5.1

I’ve restarted the tftp service on subscriber several times, but no effect.
