Hi
I have a user that experiences the error above when she tries to access voice messages, the user was imported into the system.
-When disabling a Primary server - the error goes away and come back after a while,
-Changed the user's password thinking it will work nothing happened,
-Uninstalled Viewmail latest version and installed a prior version, no luck.
Is there anything i am missing here? Any one, please help.

I have the same trouble. Did you get this resolved? If so how did you fix it?
Thanks.

Hi Goerge,
Can you lesson to voice messages from the ip phone itself?
If so - the problem sits elsewhere. Check the SMTP server site.
Unity (vm) ---sync/pushed---> SMPT (vm)
1. Check SMTP if has the VM (not sure if it's possible - check for how long are vm kept)
2. Check if unity and SMTP are in sync
In summary:
If you can lesson to VM from the phone (which reads messages from unity) - then the problem isn't on Unity server but lies on either the SMTP or application used to read VM from SMTP.
Hope this helps you in your troubleshooting. In my case, the problem was with the app used to play voicemessages - it was not compatible with OS running on the user's box.
