Error message: The system is operating with an insufficient number of licenses. If additional licenses to cover the shortage are not configured in your Cisco Prime License Manager within 3 days, you will no longer be able to provision users and devices.
Publisher GUI and PLM GUI is not accessible due to Cisco Tomcat issue and we are only able to access the subscriber. What will be the impact after 3 days and how we can overcome this.
Already deleted the unwanted phones through subscriber and it's not reflecting on this error.
Any expert please advice.

Hi @Faz cisco,
After 3 days period, the system will continue to function normal except you won't be able to move, add, change or delete any configuration. First, I would recommend to get the Tomcat issue fixed and then license issue.
Also, I would not recommend deleting any configuration from Subscriber Servers.
