the user on hold can not hear music .

Hey All ,

    I have issue with MOH service on CUCM 7.0 .The issue appear  when I try to put some one on the hold ? some time the one how on hold he can hear the music and some time he does not hear the music . i did restarted for some serivces related with issue and issue still active.

I was wondering if someone has got any piece of advice or came across something similar. Any advice will be kindly aprecciated. Thanks in advance.
