Hi,
my pri number is: 3199000
and i use 1xxx Directory numbers as internal.(i made this by setting significant digits=3 and prefix=1)
DID is working.
But my problem is when i call from ip phone for example 1064 to pstn , on the called phone my number is seen as 3199000 instead of 3199064..how can i fix this problem

Make sure you are sending the calls out to PRI PSTN with calling number type of National and plan of ISDN. You can change this in the CallManager gateway configuration page.
After checking this if it still doesn't work, check with Telco and ask what they expect for caller ID to work for outbound calls.

Hi,
Also check your external number mask is configured correctly on your DN config.
If you are only sending 1064 to the PSTN then this will probably be remarked as the pilot number 3199000 by PSTN switch.

probably ypu should enter in the external phone number mask 3199064!
