I would like know some thirdy party SIP Soft Phones that works correctly on a Cisco 3845 ISR with IP Telephony Software CCME 7.1

Any do work, but since you are not guaranteed that any feature will work, and cisco will not support you if it doesm the best chocie is to use Cisco ICPC.
