is this happening after the DST change. try rebooting one phone and see if this make the difference.

Verify the device pool settings on the phone, and the time settings for the device pool.

I had the same issue.
Some phone models are concerned (3900, 8900) and some not (8800) when ever you are running CUCM 10 or 11.
