Hi,
I have a problem with the date/time on severals Cisco IP phone 8941. We are still experiencing an issue with date/time on our IP phones - it freezes on some occasions and shows the same time since then.
If the phone has a reset, or an user logs out and login again (Extension Mobility), the time phone sets to a new value and stays there.
Version CP-8941-K9= V01
App Load ID SCCP 9-2-3-5
CISCO CALL MANAGER
System version: 8.5.1.12900-7

Have you tried to upgrade the firmware of the 8941 IP phone.

Does it show the correct time if you go under any menu options?
You are probably hitting this bug here:
8945 SCCP: Sometimes, phone doesn't update time in header
