Transfer and hold button not working.

Hello,

i have been countering this issue ( transfer and hold button not working ) since 3 - 4 months now. this issue happens to only 1 office all the other offices dont encounter this.

the cucm ver is 6.x. phones are 7900 series. it happens once or twice a month. 

can anyone please help me with this ?

If it only happens very occasionally then your best option is after it occur to collect CCM traces and review for root cause immediately after it happens.
