On 7962 SCCP phones with CUCM 6.1.5 we have problem transfering call. The transfer button don't transfer call, we need press it some times (3-5) to transfer call.
What problem may be? Thanks.

Does the problem happen with other models too ?
Does the problem happen with every 7962 phone ?
Are you experiencing any delay in getting dial tone on the phone, dialing a call ? Make sure that the CPU on the CUCM servers are not spiking.
