Hi,
I have CIsco CME and CUE wiht 8841 phones setup as SIP.
I am trying to configure a way to transfer calls directly into a users voicemail. I am aware that 8841 do not have the "TrnsfVM"
But I was able to add an extra digit "8" in front of the extension (1007) in CUE as "Primary E.164 Number". I then added:Other IP Telephony,
ephone-dn 80
number 81...
description transfer directly to voicemail
call-forward all 2000
I am able to call 81007 and I get the users voicemail box.
My problem is if I use the regular transfer button to transfer a call and then dial 81007 followed by transfer button. I get just dead air. Any idea how to fix this.........
