Hi,
I have an ATA registered at the CUCME with extension 1502. This extension receives internal and external calls. I need calls coming through that ATA's FXS port to be directed to extension 1504 without calling 1502.
I tried to do a call forwarding, but when the internal extensions call 1502, the calls go to 1504, which I wouldn't like.
Is it possible to transfer incoming FXS calls to another extension?
Thank you in advance.

I don't believe that CME has the concept of different call forwarding based on internal or external calls like CM does. With this you cannot differentiate between the two. Either you have call forwarding setup for the directory number, and that affects all calls to that DN, or you don't. You can't have it act differently depending on if the caller is internal or external.
