TransVM kay (soft-key)is appearing as greyed out in CUCM 8.0.3

Hello Team,

TransVM kay (soft-key)is appearing as greyed out in CUCM 8.0.3

I was using this key with CUCME (Express) and it was working fine.

Recently I migrated users to CUCM and added TransVM key in the customized template. However it is appearing as greyed out.

Any thoughts. Do I need add any specific role to activate in the soft key template?

Hi Sky Voice,

In CUCM unlike CME the TransfVM softkey is only active in IPMA

or Manager/Assitant mode not in any standard user configs
