Hi, I have 8854 SIP IP phones, and I have a problem with call transfer. When an IP phone transfers a call and then I want to resume it, it doesn't resume it, how can I do it?

Can you provide a trace files from the CallManager service that includes the call as suggested by @Carlo Poggiarelli ? Without that it is difficult to diagnose a problem like you are describing.
