Dear All ,

I am unable to register Polycom Trio 8800 with CUCM version 10.5.2.10000-5 .

Trio version is 5.9.2.7727 .(can't find compatibility matrix to check if it is ok)

There is no network issues between the CUCM and Trio .

Digest user/password are correctly configured , however I can't find any logs related to Trio trial to register .

I am using SIP on Line 2 . Line 1 is already configured for Skype .

I can see the device is showing untrusted on the CUCM.

Below is the configuration file on Trio .

There are lots of documents on how to do this. Please find some links below..

Try and follow them first and if you have found be everything correctly then we can start looking at logs. Also ensure that the cucm in the configuration file of the phone is also in the device pool that is assigned to the phone

Please rate all useful posts

I think you have to have line 1 set as an extension in CUCM. Try to swap your extensions around to see if the phone registers.
