Troubleshooting cause code 47

at the moment the gateway has not yet been deployed and is not in active use. sh call history voice brief output on gateway is shown below

You call an 8 digits number, but have configured 3 in the DP.

Hi,

There are a couple of dial-peers being used apart from that one.. so after putting in voice service voip commands on gateway, the new error that i get is Cause code 47 is No Resources Available.....and the dial peer does get matched
