Trunk sip between Catslyst 8200l and 2801 Gateway

Dear Community,
I have the following topology and I wanted to know if anyone has done a similar configuration and could you send me an example.
I have a Catalyst 8200L are licensed by SRTS and UCME. This switch is Ethernet only.
Then there's a VOIP Gateway which is a C2801 that has E1 and DSP.
I want that in case of a callmanager failure, the calls reach the 8200L and work internally as well as externally using the C2801 that has a connection to the pstn. I want to do using a SIP TRUNK.

Just create dial peers with SIP as the protocol on each device, one inbound and one outbound that points to the other device.
