Hi,
I have an issue with interdigit timeout when dialling contacts from Outlook.
When I dial local or mobile phones that are defined in the route patterns with specific 10-digits length (ie. 0.210XXXXXXX) the call is placed immediately through the phone. When I dial international numbers that match a generic route pattern 0.00! the telephone enables the speaker, and waits 15 seconds before dialing.
The T302 timer in the CCM (v5.0) is set to 3000msec, but is seems to use the default value 15000msec when dialling from Outlook.
Has anyone have any idea why this is happening? Is there another TSP timer that I?m missing?
Thanks,
Evi

Hi Evi,
Is 'Urgent Priority' enabled in the route pattern? This has worked for me in 4.x but not sure about v5.
