I have two CCM servers running on versions 4.1 and 4.2.

Can I integrate these two systems to a single enterprise LDAP ?

Simply create 2 separate cisco OUs in AD for the users of each cluster, you can use the same search base if you want.

Then just run the AD plugin

Thanks for the answer. It resolved my issue.

On of the CCM has IPCC attached to it. Is there any concerns with IPCC when you integrate with AD ?

You should be fine with IPCC and AD. What versions of IPCC?
