I have set up an office with an SRST router connected to the main office for CallManager.
I have a unique issue. The employee can dial an international number just fine. When they try to dial another number for a conference bridge, it fails though.
I have a trouble ticket with the Telco to make sure the issue is not there but wanted to see if anyone knows where I can begin to look on this internally.
What type of gateways do you have? What type of PSTN connectivity? Is it SIP or ISDN..
Can you send debug isdn q931 if you are using ISDN
or debug ccsip messages if using SIP
