Two phones one cable drop

i have two cisco cp-8841 sitting next to each other, & one line drop between the two of them. How do I make this work ? 
can I use a hub/switch, do I plug one

in to power so it’s not POE ?

please help me find a Solution.

You cannot daisy chain two 8841. its not a right design or a right solution.

if you have  only one cable , connected the  cable to a small POE switch. And connect the two phones to the  POE.

Put a PoE switch on that desk. 

There are switch models that are "fanless" and do not generate any noise.  An example is the 2960CX/3560CX or the Cisco Micro Switch.
