Hello,
Sorry in advance if my post is not in the right forum.
I use UC-One Communicator 22.9.40.
This one crashes all the time, several times a day:
* the callers don't hear me when I call
* the communication breaks down in the middle of a call
* the application freezes when I make a call
I had to restart the application and even the computer.
I tested with different versions, different headsets (wired and bluetooth), different brands of headsets.
It's always the same problems and it gets worse and worse.
Do you have the same problems? How did you solve them?
Is there compatible software that I could use instead?

Is that even a Cisco product? I’ve never heard of it.

Yep, it is the old Broadsoft soft client. Was also available for Webex Calling as Webex Calling Desktop app, but discontinued two years ago or so.
So, if you're using it with Webex Calling, switch to the Webex app.. which system are you using?

Hello,
We do not use Webex. We have a contract with AlphaLink and we only use the software provided by them: Communicator.
I looked for an opensource solution but I didn't find anything.

Hello , Can you please open a case to Cisco via Alphalink. We will engage the Dev team to investigate the issue. Also can you please provide the Logs i.e. Options --> Advanced --> (Basic & Detailed logging) --> Show logs --> would need the entire Logs directory
