UC Port In Service

Hello Everyone,

We just migrated our UC cluster from SCCP to SIP and since the migration the secondary server shows 100 as total ports but 0 Port In Service. Please see the attached screenshot. Is this a bug?

UC Version 10.5.2.13901-2

Thanks,

MK

Hey Mightyking,

thank you very much for your sharing, i have the same issues in my environment.

in my case the command not work and give for me error.

when the system try to "synchronizing platform and LDAP database..." after couple of minute i get error " Overwritedb failed."

the solution for this problem is that :

in the log file cuc-cluster-rejoin_2021-12-07_14.32.15.log i get error message : "sh: /opt/cisco/connection/bin/cuc_controlcenter.sh: Permission denied"

to solve that you need to disable the SELinux by use the command utils os secure permissive first in the subscriber and then in the publisher.

and after that change the secure again to enforcing by use the command utils os secure enforcing in both nodes.

after that the server is restart and all the ports in services.
