I'm working for a client right now who had a prolonged outage at a site where their Subscriber UC server was stored (Version 8.6, exists as a VM), and it was offline for a matter of months.
We were just able to bring it back up, but it immediately started pushing an enormous amount of voicemails out to users' phone (which I assume it had stored before it went down). It was pushing so much/so fast that we had to shut it back down due to complaints from end users, but of course we'd like to get it back up and working as soon as possible.
Is there a way to easily delete these stored voicemails, let it replicate with the publisher, and then continue on with its normal operation?

You might as well just re-install it, and then let it sync with your PUB so they're on the same page.

I'll suggest that to the client. Do you know why this would have happened though?
