UC520 Hunt group config

Hi there,

I want to configure a clients phone system so that if someone phones in on the main office number 03 3484943, if Jills phone is already on a call (extension 407) then the call will go to Melissa'a phone (extension 404).

Currently what is happening is that the phone call goes to voicemail.

I think this is the appropriate section of the config.

You will need to have an ephone-hunt with the correct list, as it seem you don't now.

Now the customer has changed the requirement slightly.

Instead of the main incoming number 03 3484943 pointing to Ext 407 they want it to point into a hunt group where phones 404, 403 and 407 will ring sequentially.

Can I change this voice translation rule to pint directly into a hunt group?

voice translation-rule 550

rule 1 /^02825526848/ /550/

rule 2 /^033484943/ /407/      => change to rule 2 /^033484943/ /5502/

rule 3 /^0508668247/ /5510/

rule 10 /^.*/ /550/

Then hunt group 5502 should read:

This then makes me wonder what all this other junk does and if any of it can be removed / condensed or tidied up?
