uc520 outbound caller id name unknow

my uc 520 is sending unknown as the outbound caller id name, outboung caller id number is working fine.

here is the serial  config which is where i think the problem is

interface Serial0/2/0:23

no ip address

encapsulation hdlc

isdn switch-type primary-5ess

isdn incoming-voice voice

isdn sending-complete

isdn outgoing ie facility

isdn outgoing display-ie

trunk-group T1E1

no cdp enable

i would like the caller id to list the company name not the extention user name

Many Canadian users have the same problem as you have.

Unfortunbately, the product currently doesn't do that.
