Hi,
I have a UC520, and I have been trying to figure out why my SIP trunk is not registering. When I looked at the debugs, I noticed that FROM address is '101' - which is the Auto Attendant extension, which is not accepted by my SIP provider. It really should be the 'username' assigned to me. How do I get it changed so I could register?
Thanks.

What is the CCM/CME version you are using?
Send the "show tech" output from UC520 and the output of the "show sip-ua" command.
Output of "debug ccsip all" and "debug voip ccapi inout"

Hi
How did you stop the AA number being used in the SIP trunk?
