uc520. startup wizard stalls at 99%

Hi

Can anyone advise. I have a uc520 that stalls at 99% on the startup telephony wizard.

I have left it for up to two hours with no success.

I have tried from win7 64bit and xp 32bit. Both with Cca 3.
