I just upgrade my uc500 to the cue version 3.2.1 using the US version. Everything is ok, but I having problems trying to upgrade to es-CO spanish version, when I issue the software install command with the cue-vm-es_CO-langpack.ise.3.2.1.prt1 file , I receive the following error:
Validating package signature ... done
ERROR: Invalid package. Please verify if this is a valid package file.
I just downloaded the file several times from the cisco page, I dont know what is the problem....
Thanks.

You are missing the package file.
To change the language you must have both files:
language_package.pkg
cue-vm-es_CO-langpack.ise.3.2.1.prt1
When specifying the package to CUE, you must specify the .pkg file
Please rate post if it helps.

Anyone got any ideas?
I am trying to add a French language add-on to CUE 3.2.1. I tried both CA French and FR French, but with the same result.
I have downloaded the file again and got the same error message when trying to add it.
Could it be that Cisco posted a corrupt language.pkg file?
I have done an MD5 check on the actual downloaded file and it DOES matchup to the one Cisco post, so the file is OK.
Here are the official instructions:
Here is where you get the .pkg CUE files from:

Figured it out.
The Cisco documentation is incorrect.
It is a major misguided typo when it comes to how to add a language pack.
You don't reference the .prt1 file, you need to do a software install add on relevant langpack file you are trying to install.
You will then be prompted for the Language files you want to install. So ensure you have downloaded these (the .prt1 files) to your FTP server.
