UC520 when update the voice prompt for Auto Attendant having issue

During I add and I able to hear the voice prompt on correct, after I update I do a refresh the voice prompt modified date will be missing, second refresh the voice prompt will be gone, early though is the format issue but try with previous success voice prompt also having same issue after 2 time refresh the wav file was gone, any other way can update? At the moment we update the Wav file from CCA 3.3.2 version

The UC520 reached its end of life quite some time ago. It’s time to consider transitioning to replacement products.
