I don't know too much about CUE, but dtmf-relay rtp-nte doesn't seem right.  I would make sure the DTMF method reported by CUE matches the voip dial-peer you have pointing to CUE.  Check this discussion and see if it helps: https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/12285616/dtmf-relay-doesnt-appear-work-cme-cue

Hi Brandon,

i check the DTMF method on both dial-peers that pointing to CUE and they match both of them using ( dtmf-relay rtp-nte ) as the discussion you shared with me .but still the issue not fixed.

Thanks

Mo.

You might try moving your post over to ip telephony.  Not sure most voice experts watch this forum: https://supportforums.cisco.com/community/5961/ip-telephony
