UC540 - %VOICE_IEC-3-GW C SCRIPTS: Internal Error (Interface busy)

I have this error showing every 30 seconds:

Hi,

Can you send the output of show version, sh sccp, sh sccp connections and show log from the UC? Also did you try reloading the router to see if the error stops?

System  has been reloaded several times. Still same error.

Hi,

What exactly is the impact of this error? You mentioned it is impacting conferencing facilities, can you please explain in detail. Is it causing any call drops?

You can add the following command "no voice iec syslog" and see if this error stops printing as many times it is just cosmetic.

When we try and create a conference call on the conference station or any user phone, it reports "cannot complete conference".

I have disabled and re-enabled Multiparty conferencing after reloads, but to no success. Was working last week. Restored  backup config from week before and the same issue.

So the IEC error was concerning.

The SCCP config and status of Transcoder and CFB looks good. Can you share the "debug voice ccapi inout" , "debug ccsip messages" and "debug sccp packets" for a test call that fails along with the latest running config.

Thanks for your assistance. Please see log attached.

Incoming call (IN-CALLER-ONE) to conference phone (CONF-PHONE#), conf phone dials mobile (OUT-CALLER-2), presses CONF and fails.

Any idea's would be appreciated.
