Is there any way for CUE to automatically delete voice mails once they have been transferred to email? Nobody logs into their voicemail, and if they're not deleted automatically they're going to fill up their mailboxes pretty quick.
Thanks,

No we still have not solved it. The users still need to log into their voicemail thru their phones to delete messages.
Thanks,
- Marc

This can be done by configuring IMAP. This what will happen:
After you receive voice mail messages in your email, you can perform the following actions:
•Listen to messages – Typically, you can double-click the .wav file message attachment to listen to it.
•Change the status of a message – Mark a message as read or unread.
•Delete messages – Mark a message as deleted in your inbox, which also moves it into the deleted messages portion of your voice mail system. Logging out of your email client removes all deleted messages in your email mailbox.
Don't forget to rate this post if it helps.

Have the same issue. Would love to have it do one or the other. Really annoying to have to go delete a message you already heard.
