Dears,
I have UCCX 10.5 transferring Calls to Agents, if call not answered Agent log out Automatically!
Please advise any solution if someone come across same.

That is by design, you can change the behaviour in the system parameters of the UCCX server but that is a global change.
Agent State after Ring No Answer* | Ready Not Ready |

You can globally change it in UCCX to have agents log out if they don't pickup the call.
