We are currently facing issue related to Live Data stability so according to below document we want to upgrade to 11.0.1 SU1 version.

Current UCCX Version 11- 11.0.1.10000-75
Targeted version -UCSInstall_UCCX_11_0_1_UCOS_11.0.1.11001-43.sgn.iso

Please help us to answer these questions.

1. Will this be Linux to Linux upgrade or just COP file upgrade ?
2. Do we need to install/upgrade any certification after upgrade to newer version ?
3. What will be upgrade process ? Below is correct doc for upgrading from 11.0.1 to 11.0.1SU1 ?

4. Any special configuration which we need to take care before and after upgrade ?
5. I assume there will not any impact on finesse URL certification as we are not changing IP address after upgrade ?

1. This is minor upgrade and you need to through normal upgrade process, download the upgrade file from Cisco and run it per upgrade guide

2. No, unless you are changing hostnames

3. The process is as detailed in the upgrade guide, very straight forward for minor upgrade

4. Not really, just test your solution

Below are the answers for your queries:

1. Will this be Linux to Linux upgrade or just COP file upgrade ?

Its a minor upgrade (means you are moving to another SU release of the same version). This will be installed on inactive partition and you need to switch version after upgrade - Linux to Linux upgrade 

2. Do we need to install/upgrade any certification after upgrade to newer version ?

I dont think you need it

Just follow the usual upgrade procedure by either using a SFTP or by mounting the ISO file

no unless anything explicitly mentioned in the upgrade file release notes.
