UCCX 8.0.2 historical report is not syncronize

Hi all,

I’m using uccx 8.x for my customers contact center, and every day we are using historical report to collect daily real data from uccx but every collect the data there is problem with time reference. The time report still used GMT time and cannot synchronized with local time

Anyone know what is root cause with this issue?

Note: UCCX and CUCM using same NTP server reference

Hi,

Can you try the following:

Open the file C:\Program Files (x86)\Cisco UCCX Historical Reports\hrcConfig.ini

Change the value on TimeZone.


[TIMEZONE]
;Use one of the following values:
;1 - to use UTC
;0 - to use Local Timezone (default)
UseTimeZone=0

I guess you could try and check that. If not working send me the file hrcConfig.ini.
