UCCX 8.5.1.11003-32 Restore Fail - UCDB component fails

I am in the process of virtualizing and upgrading a UCCX server and I am unable to restore onto my virtual platform. 

All components except for "UCDB" restore properly. UCDB fails with the following error, thoughts?

Are you using DNS? If so, does the new VM have access?

Thanks for your reply. 

DNS is configured in the existing server, the new server does NOT have access to DNS servers.

I can't definitively say that is your issue, but that would be my hunch. You could reach out to TAC for confirmation or maybe someone else has an idea.
