Hi, I was wondering if someone who already used this UCCX Prenium option could tell me if it's possible to run a script that can dial up automatically and pass the calls to available agents ?

UCCX premium comes with outbound dialer feature, so you can do this with campaigns. I would suggest you read the CCX guides to see if that meets your requirements.

Actually, I've already checked the deployement guide... I believe it's something possible with the prenium version, however it's necessary to create an IVR script...
Since I'm not to familiar with that, I was wondering if someone could give me the confirmation that it's something possible...
