UCCX Prompt Recorder Verification Code Issue

Hello all

I am using a prompt re recorder to try and change a welcome greeting. We can dial the application and enter the user phone pin and the 7 changeable  prompts are listed in order. We can select our option and record a new message, however, we are asked for a confirmation code to save the file and it is not listed in the script when viewing in editor.

This was installed by a third party and we have no documentation!!

Any ideas how to get around this?
