UCCX Prompt Recording Time Limit

Hey, I'm trying to throw together an application that allows a user to record a prompt, but I need to set the max duration of the recording to 10 seconds. Is that possible to do in UCCX 8.6~?

i don't think this is possible. Once the you enter recording step the user needs to hang up or press pound to end recording.

On the Filter Tab

Duration is the maximum recording time in seconds.

The caller can end the recording before the duration by pressing the terminating digit normally #
