UCS C220 and ESXi support

When buying a C220 for a UC install (4 VMs) do I need to purchase one or two of R-VMW-UC-FND5-K9 to cover the the two CPUs?

Hi Billy,

One R-VMW-UC-FND5-K9 covers 2 CPUs, only need to buy one.
